Exchange Policy
General Rules:
– You must check the product in front of delivery person to see if received product is damaged/defective, expired, or wrong product at the time of the delivery.
– Any issue regarding product being damaged/defective, notified after successful delivery will not be eligible for any kind refund/return or exchange.
– Any issue regarding product being expired or wrong, notified within 3 days of SUCCeSSfUl delivery will be eligible for refund/return or exchange.
– Product must be intact (not used/swatch) for any refund/return or exchange.
– Price tag, Brand tag or any other tags along with external packaging of product must not be removed/damaged for any refund/return or exchange.
Claiming:
To claim any refund/return or exchange, following information must be given when customers inform to our Customer Service Department within 3 Days of successful delivery the product:
– Order ID
– Product Name
– Picture/Video Proof
– Reason for refund/return or exchange

Returning:
For Inside Dhaka, delivery personal will pick-up the product from customer’s address. Beautiv will bear the charges For Outside Dhaka, Customers are requested to send the product to Beautiv’s Address through a courier service. Beautiv will reimburse the charges. Verification:
Once we receive the returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Operations and Inspection Department. It will take 2-3 working days to verify the issue and after verification, if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged, or money will be refunded within a maximum of 7 working days.
